What the job involves
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a focus on enabling customers to build successful and lasting engagement communities
Operate as the main point of contact for customer adoption by working closely with sales, pre-sales, onboarding, support and marketing teams to ensure customer success through the entire customer lifecycle
Onboarding customers on to Connectd and ensuring customers remain satisfied with the Connectd platform
Ensure our CRM (HubSpot) is up to date and maintained on a daily basis
Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback of identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager
Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
