Joining Connectd:

My decision to become a part of Connectd advisor community and the Transition to Portfolio program was driven by the platform's commitment to building a community of ground breaking startups within the Miami tech space. The alignment of Connectd's mission with my own passion for innovation and growth made it a compelling choice. Joining the platform has exposed me to a variety of stimulating projects and collaborations, whilst harnessing my thirst for learning new skills to further improve my corporate career.

Finding Roles on the Connectd Network:

Connectd has proven to be an invaluable resource for discovering opportunities with startups. The platform's “roles” and “lens” tabs have made the process of exploring opportunities really easy.

Working with Founders and Senior Leadership Teams:

Working alongside the founders and senior leadership teams with the startups on the platform has been a really eye-opening experience. I have worked with founders from a diverse set of sectors but also experience levels, some first-time founders, some far more senior than myself!

Developing My Portfolio Career:

Through utilisation of the programme, Connectd has become an integral part of my strategy for developing a diverse and rewarding portfolio career. Whilst I still have a long way to go when it comes to building out this part of my career, I really do feel part of a community that I can turn to with any problems or challenges I encounter. This is the incredibly special aspect of Connectd for me. In conclusion, Connectd has exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
