Connectd’s smart matching technology is fantastic; it allows me to discover early-stage companies quickly and easily. It really does cut out the legwork as, unlike other platforms where you would browse startups against filters, Connectd’s tech flags the matches to you against a range of criteria that you set out when you join. And as your investment thesis changes or expands, you can simply update your preferences, and the technology will match you with startups who fulfil those criteria.
As I’m new to the investment space, I’ve found the Connectd platform to be an invaluable hub for all my needs. Not only can I take advantage of the technology but there are lots of resources available to learn about investing, plus the chance to attend specialist events to boost your knowledge and build your network.
I think one of the main things that makes Connectd such a great platform is that I can actually feel the community culture. This really excites me and motivates me on my journey as an investor; I know that I can ask other angels and VCs on the platform for their advice and support and of course, the Connectd team are always on hand to help.
